Strartford Court comprised an attractive courtyard office scheme of approximately 35,000 sq ft. (phase one) on a site of 2.5 acres. When the building was acquired tenants included Pearl Assurance plc; Sedgewick Noble Lowndes and Alfred McAlpine Homes.
The property is situated just off the A34 close to Solihull town centre in an area which has seen much new office development in the last ten years. The investment was sold to The Scottish LIfe Assurance Company for £5.5 million in December 1997.
