Earlplace has continued to invest in the development of Neighbourhood Centres with the acquisition of a parcel of land in Leighton Buzzard.
The site will offer a convenience store, which is pre-let to Sainsbury and a further ten 2 bedroomed apartments which are expected to achieve an average price of £135k when released to the market.
Construction works start onsite at the end of September 2016 and completion is expected in May 2017.
