Following the successful completion of the Neighbourhood Centre scheme at Weedon Hill, Aylesbury, Earlplace through their joint venture; Guildhall Estates has sold the investment to a consortium of private investors to reflect a yield of 7.7%. All five retail units are now trading with Budgens occupying the largest of these.
In addition to the commercial element of the development, completion of the sale of all 15 apartments has also been effected ahead of forecast.
The Chairman of Earlplace, Lawrence Grove commented: "Aylesbury was our first experience of this form of development and we are delighted with the outcome having sold the complete scheme ahead of program and in excess of expectations ".
