The evening was attended by more than 150 guests and dignitaries and following presentation of the Certificate from Andrew Salter (Honorary Secretary of The Royal Institute of British Architects) and Councillor Robert Cunliffe (Mayor of Royal Leamington Spa). Tim said, "Earlplace is delighted to receive this important award as it reflects well on the architectural appearance of the building and also the working relationship between the developer, the architect and the local authority. Earlplace has been involved with five significant schemes in Leamington and is therefore aware of the needs within the conservation area. The requirements of the nursing home operator were extremely specific and the approach taken by our architects, Robothams, and the local planning authority was both pragmatic and effective resulting in a 'state of the art' facility which will serve area well for years to come".
