Earlplace complete bank refinancing.
Despite the worst banking conditions in living memory, Earlplace has successfully refinanced it’s scheme at Kellaway Avenue with Barclays. The former lender, Anglo Irish Bank, has been repaid and Earlplace now has new funds in place to assist with the development, which is due to start on site later this month.
