Earlplace is to embark upon its first significant development in London. The company has completed terms under a joint-venture agreement with Prime City Developments to develop a residential scheme in Crystal Palace Road, Dulwich.
The £15.5m project for which planning permission has been granted, includes eighteen, 1,2 & 3 bedroom luxury apartments and four self-contained 4 bedroom houses with private gardens.
The site has been designed to an extremely high specification to include underground car parking and each resident will enjoy the benefit of home automated living.
The £5m construction program will commence in March 2016 and is expected to be completed by July 2017.
