At the end of April this year, Oliver Grove, the younger son of our Chairman will be travelling to Calcutta with David Howells who, like Oliver is also a professional rugby player with London Scottish RFC to spend 10 days at Future Hope.
Future Hope was established in 1988 to provide a home, an education, medical care and an opportunity to the street children of Calcutta without which, they would in all likelihood have nothing!
Further details of Future Hope can be found at: - http://www.futurehope.net/index.html
During their time in India, Oliver and David will undertake sports coaching, support the teaching staff and travel the city streets after dark to rescue abandoned children.
Oliver’s father; Lawrence commented, “Earlplace is delighted to support this magnificent cause and would encourage others to do so, after all any contribution will result in a massive difference to the wretched lives of these innocent children. Please therefore spend a few minutes and go to - http://www.justgiving.com/olidavidfuturehope because it could change the whole life of one or more children.”
