MHA Care has exchanged contracts with Earlplace Care Developments to lease 40 Kenilworth Road.
This will now enable demolition of the former Abbacourt Hotel to commence later this month. It is proposed that GAJ Construction will carry out the work and it is anticipated that the new building will be finalised in October/November 2009.
Lawrence Grove, our Chairman is convinced that the new development will be the most advanced care home of its type in South Warwickshire. Moreover he said "To have secured such a worthy tenant by way of a pre-let in this market and to be seen constructing new schemes under the current economic clouds, shows how well positioned we are to continue expanding.
